The XB Launch Party at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America

Activation

The Brief

The XB Launch Party at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America  was an important event for the new liquor brand XB, they wanted to make sure the whole industry, the top liquor distributors, retailers, importers and exporters understood the vibe of the brand, how cool it was, and how strong there would be as a marketer to support any potential distribution relationships.  There were performances by celebrity DJ Swedish Egil, sexy XB, French Rivera inspired servers, strolling models and characters. The entire event was designed and produced by Cinematic Producer Dylan Marer & Team.

The cinematic scope

  • We transformed a sterile, corporate ballroom at the Ritz Hotel Orlando into a high-end, XB Themed & Branded, luxury ultra lounge meets French Riviera Nightclub.
  • We created ultra cool furniture, decor, and a curved video screen to highlight the XB bottle, curved video chandelier, and amazing nightclub lighting & effects.
  • We hired and costume designed ALL performers, dancers, servers, strolling models, celebrity mixologist and celebrity DJ Swedish Egil.
  • We worked with the XB team to design and execute their amazing trade-show booth activation - a mini ultra lounge and mixology bar inside the show.
  • We executed a turn-key production from design, creation though seamless execution.
