2021 Fire 420 Event

The Brief

Cinematic worked with Only Smoke Fire to create an industry 420 party for celebrities, influencers, and cannabis industry tastemakers to attend and network.

The cinematic scope

  • We conducted site inspections of the selected venue, created CAD designs and executed a seamless party flow at a private estate above Sunset Plaza.
  • We designed multiple fabrication concepts to brand Only Smoke Fire throughout the event and to create photo-worthy moments with the “FIRE” logo.
  • We designed and built a concert-level stage for A-list performers and DJ’s to entertain on an island in the middle of the pool with the LA skyline in the background.
  • We worked with several sponsors / brands to activate onsite, coordinated product deliveries, helped with custom builds and more.
  • We brought in some of the country’s best nightclub staff to produce bottle service sections and multiple bars throughout.
  • We hired and trained a registration team help ensure a seamless check-in and COVID testing process at an offsite check-in location.
  • We executed a turn key production from design, creation through seamless execution.
